No, the Courier CANNOT make calls prior to delivery and CANNOT handle requests of pre-set delivery times. Goods are delivered during working days.

7) Can I check the contents of the package before accepting it from the courier?
Yes, you can immediately verify the contents of your package upon delivery, in front of the Courier who was in charge of the delivery.
If the package a) does not contain all the goods purchased, b) contains goods other than those purchased or c) contains damaged goods, please accept the parcel from the courier “with reservation” and email Customer Service immediately at the following address:
